Where banking leaders address today’s infrastructure priorities and prepare for the future of financial services

About the Summit

FTI Consulting’s Financial Infrastructure and Innovation Summit is a senior, invite-only forum for banking and financial services leaders focused on current infrastructure priorities, future readiness, and the capabilities institutions need to build as financial infrastructure becomes more real-time, digital, and interconnected.

The Summit will bring together executives across Treasury, Payments, AML/Financial Crime, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Business Transformation for practical, peer-driven discussions on modernization priorities, readiness gaps, operating model implications, governance, controls, and execution priorities.

Discussion Themes

Current Financial Infrastructure

Where banks are today, the constraints they are working through, and the transformation priorities shaping near-term investment across Treasury, Payments, AML/Financial Crime, Finance, and operating models.

Future Readiness and the Digital Treasury Ecosystem

How financial infrastructure is evolving and what banks should consider as real-time settlement, digital money, tokenized deposits, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and 24x7x365 value movement become more relevant.

Cross-Functional Execution

How Treasury, Payments, Operations, AML/Financial Crime, Finance, Risk, and Transformation teams will need to work together to support future infrastructure safely and at scale.

Participants will join focused roundtable discussions designed to surface peer perspectives, current challenges, readiness gaps, and capability-building priorities. Discussion areas may include:

Risk, Controls, AML, Fraud, Cyber, and Financial Crime Readiness

A discussion on how risk, AML, fraud, sanctions, cyber, and control frameworks need to evolve as financial activity becomes more real-time, digital, and interconnected.
